  • Yes. The $50 reservation deposit is fully refundable at any time before you approve your final invoice. No remaining balance will ever be charged without your explicit approval.

  • The deposit reserves your clinic’s spot in our first production run and securely saves your payment method through Stripe. When we reach the 300-unit production threshold, you’ll receive your final invoice based on the box quantity you selected. You’ll be able to review and approve the total before any additional charge is made.

  • Production begins once we reach 300 total boxes across all clinics. You’ll be notified immediately when this happens. No commitments are final until you approve your invoice.

  • Shipping begins shortly after invoice approval and production completion. Exact timelines will be provided at invoicing, but clinics can expect fulfillment to begin within the standard manufacturing window.
