Frederick Recovery collects limited business contact information necessary to process orders, manage accounts, and communicate with clinics.
Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. When a clinic submits a reservation deposit, payment credentials may be securely stored by Stripe for future authorized charges. Frederick Recovery does not store or have direct access to full payment card details.
Following production confirmation, Frederick Recovery will issue an invoice and provide at least seven (7) days’ advance notice prior to charging the remaining balance. If payment is not completed manually within the invoice period, the stored payment method will be automatically charged for the approved amount.
Frederick Recovery does not sell personal information and only shares data with service providers as necessary to operate our services or comply with legal obligations..
